What We Do
County Register was founded by Heather Heber Percy nearly 40 years ago to provide a safe confidential service where every member has been personally interviewed in a face to face meeting, often in their own home. Her priorities of creating a personal, confidential and secure service have enabled the business to flourish over the last four decades, and although the world has changed, Heather’s traditional approach to personal introductions has changed little. This consistency and experience has resulted in many happy long-term relationship and one of the longest running and most successful personal introduction agencies in the UK. Heather inspires the rest of the team to maintain their passion for helping bring like-minded people together to form loving relationships, with Heather maintaining the ethos of the company in her role as life time Director.
Our Matchmaking Services
The County Register offer a personal match making service to young and old, town and country and we are unique among personal introduction agencies with every member being interviewed face to face.
After an initial contact we offer a free no obligation consultation to discuss your situation. This is a chance both for you to find out more about The County Register as well as for us being able to learn about you and your dating aspirations and assess whether we can help you. If you decide to join, a face to face profile interview follows often in your own home. The profile interview enables us to write a professional profile about you to catch the essence of who you are as well as helping you think about your next relationship, both what you can offer as well as what you hope to gain from a new partnership. The profile interview will include having photos taken and a security vetting, which is a standard that we maintain for all our members as everyone’s safety and confidentiality is paramount. The matchmaking starts when this process is complete and will involve you having a personal matchmaker with whom you will build a strong supportive relationship as she introduces you to other well researched suitable members.
