It is for those who are really serious about looking for love and want to do so in a safe discreet and personalised way and who want to be introduced to other successful and attractive singles.
What We Do
With its initial inception just across the border in Shropshire and with an office base still in Herefordshire, The County Register is your local introduction agency with its memberships now spread throughout the UK. Founded by Heather Heber Percy in 1983 as she identified the need for a discerning, safe and personalised way to bring together couples, her magic formula still operates today, and in much the same format. What makes her company uniquely personal is every member being interviewed in person. Every member is therefore known individually to make for a truly personal one to one matchmaking service. Originally all the interviews were carried out by Heather, but now she has other senior team members to support her. With Heather as Director, the ethos and success of this family-run business abides.
Our Matchmaking Services
We offer five membership levels to suit different people. We know that joining an agency comes with uncertainties and you may have doubts or questions, and that this is a financial investment. We do want to be sure that we are the right agency for you and that we will be able to give you the sort of membership that you are looking for. After your initial telephone screening we therefore offer a free face to face consultation. There is no obligation to join and it is a non-pressurized meeting – simply a chance to find out a little more about you and to see if a membership with us could help in your search for romance and love. If the membership went ahead we would arrange to carry out your profile interview using our comprehensive dating questionnaire to be able to write your professional profile. Taking your photo is part of our service is as doing ID checks, as part of the verification process that all our members go through. Your introductions start when your personal matchmaker has introduced herself and started your individual searches to find you that special somebody.
