What We Do
At The County Register we are very proud of the happiness we have brought to so many couples over the years. Established in 1983 by Heather Heber Percy in Shropshire where she was living at the time she recognised the need among farmers, landowners, The County Set, and other similar high calibre people, to be brought together.
Her magic formula has changed little over the years and continues to introduce people who would never normally have met. The discreet, sensitive and personal way that this is done is the hallmark to her very successful agency. Her members now include successful and attractive singles from all works of life, from both town and country. The memberships now span all the UK and all ages.
Our Matchmaking Services
As a traditional introduction agency specialising in one to one matchmaking, five membership levels are offered to suit your individual needs. To make sure that we get the right one for one, we offer a free and non-pressurised consultation. There is no obligation to you to join because of this, but as an agency we take our match making role seriously and want to ensure that a membership with us can help you meet a long-term partner. If, after consultation, a membership is agreed upon we would do an extensive face to face interview to get to know you and complete our extensive dating questionnaire. It is this face to face interview, complete with photographs being taken that ensure the uniquely personal service we offer. Every member is known and treated like an individual. The matching process can be so much more effective when a person has been brought to life on meeting rather than just from a telephone call. You will have your own matchmaker and she will carry out your individual searches to find you that special person. We can never guarantee finding love or meeting somebody where there will be that elusive spark, but we will do all that we can to make it possible.
