What We Do
Our service is one that is vastly different to that provided by online dating agencies, where members are very much on
their own creating their profile and then trawling alone through hundreds of poorly written profiles, full of spelling
errors and inaccuracies, indeed sometimes with photographs that may well be decades out of date.
Within The County Register, we usually come to you in your own home, or you can visit us at our office if you prefer,
where the service offered is highly personal and totally confidential, between you and our team of professional
matchmakers. Your profile and photographs will never be available online and will only be seen by you and our
matchmaking team, along with a few carefully vetted and well chosen potential matches.
Our Matchmaking Services
There are 5 levels of membership within The County Register, all distinctly different, and whilst they are more
expensive than joining an online agency, we still believe offer tremendous value for money when you consider the depth
and quality of the service being offered by our experienced and highly trained team, and the calibre of clients on our
comprehensive database.
With the BBC’s Panorama programme highlighting more than 1 million fake profiles within online dating in the UK alone,
online dating fraud levels running at more than £100 million per year if social media is also included and online dating
crime statistics rising exponentially in recent years, it is no wonder that potential clients have flooded back from

At The County Register, we believe that our service, is more confidential, safer and that our database of clients is
significantly higher calibre than the type of clients using online dating companies. All are carefully ID checked,
